Where's Katherine Harris when you need her?

I'm feeling better about our electoral system. It's now after 10 in Britain and they're still counting the votes in yesterday's election for mayor. This is just one city. And they only had 45% turnout and that was an almost 25% improvement over the last election. They're incompetent and apathetic. We are indeed two countries separated by a common language.
